Replant Bristol

Replant Bristol

Help Replant Bristol deliver the Mayor's ambition to double tree canopy cover by 2046.

With your support you can help fund small trees as part of Bristol City Council's One Tree per Child scheme and larger ones as part of a green network running through the city's parks and streets.

Replant Bristol is a partnership of Bristol City Council, Forest of Avon Trust, Woodland Trust and Bristol Tree Forum, working together for Bristol's trees.

Thank you to the 68 businesses which have funded trees so far

Why we need trees

Trees are crucial for a thriving and resilient Bristol and remove approximately 14,000 tonnes of CO2 per year. That’s equivalent to the emissions of 9,000 cars. However, the Bristol forest is under threat. In years to come, 75% of the city’s most common tree, the ash, is expected to be lost as a result of ash dieback. Never has there been a more pressing time to accelerate our planting of trees in Bristol.
